measurements
Two associates come
out to fully measure
full area of
modification
Design Phase
DBD will update
drawings and
schedule another
meeting to confirm
the model
A meeting will be
scheduled either in
person or through
Microsoft Teams to
discuss changes
DBD will model the
house
Construction Phase
Construction
Documents will be
drafted
If needed, an
architectural stamp
will be procured
Send the drawings
for approval to the
proper approving
borough
Begin
construction on
the dream
addition!!!
